Oil <br />1½ tsp. Garam Masala <br />1 tbsp. Red Chilli Powder <br />½ tsp. Turmeric Powder <br />Thick Sev <br />Coriander leaves <br /> <br /> <br /> Method:- <br />1. Roast the dry coconut until brown and transfer to the mixer/grinder vessel. <br />2. Roast the onions until golden brown and then add oil to it and fry until crispy. <br />3. Grind the roasted ingredients along with ginger and garlic to a smooth paste by adding water. <br />4. In a kadhai, heat oil and lower the flame. Add garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and the ground paste. <br />5. Cook until the fragrance of garlic is no longer smelt. <br />6. Then add water, salt and boil once. <br />7.
